Victoria sponge

Heat oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5. 

Ingredients:

200g caster sugar

200g softened butter

4 eggs, beaten

200g self-raising flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp milk

1) Measure all the ingredients and put them in the mixer

2) While it is mixing, butter grease proof paper and put them in the sandwich tins

3) Bake them for 20 mins
